We offer services with Executive vehicles, Vans, Microbuses and Armored vehicles;
Our vehicles have passenger insurance worth R$50,000 per occupant, high-speed 4-G Wi-Fi.
We work with bilingual drivers who are available for travel and events;

Our drivers are well-trained in risky situations, and they undergo rigorous defensive driving and first aid tests.

Booking Policy:
It is important that when requesting a service, customers provide complete information about what they will need;
Because whenever a vehicle changes route or exceeds the agreed time, there will be a change in prices;
Reservations must be sent by email:
contato@carsblack.com.br so that they are registered; Payments via PIX must always be made at the time of booking or at the time of boarding; Vehicles are subject to availability at the time of booking.
Airports: A reception fee is included for one hour of parking. If more than one person arrives on different flights, at different times or at different terminals, the excess amount for the reception fee plus parking will be charged.
If the customer takes more than an hour to leave for any reason, the excess amount will also be added.
Waiting time 30 minutes: Drivers always arrive at the location beforehand and wait for the agreed time. If the customer does not leave at the scheduled time, they will have a 30-minute grace period (after 30 minutes of waiting, the additional hourly rate will be charged). Except for daily services, where the time starts counting from the scheduled time.
Parking: Drivers usually drop off passengers at their designated parking spaces and when they are ready, they tell the driver to pull over.
If the passenger prefers the driver to leave the vehicle at the parking lot they are visiting, they will be charged separately.
Cancellation Policy:
Sedans/SUVs/Vans: free cancellation 24 hours in advance;
Cancellations after the deadline will be charged the full amount of the services;
Minibus: Cancellation less than 72 business hours prior to the start of services will result in a fine of 100% of the total amount.
Payment method:
Payment by PIX: At the time of booking or upon boarding
Payment by card: Can be made via payment links or via the card machine directly with the driver (upon boarding).
Invoiced payment: Exclusive for registered companies with more than 5 years of CNPJ (subject to analysis) and may or may not be invoiced.
