Vehicles:

All our vehicles are executive standard in black color; 

Used vehicles with periodic inspections according to the manufacturer's dealership;

Our vehicles have passenger insurance in the amount of R$50,000 per occupant, high-speed 4-G Wi-Fi.

Drivers:

We work with bilingual drivers who are available for travel; 

Educated, well-dressed and professional drivers;

Our drivers are well trained in risky situations, they undergo rigorous defensive driving and first aid tests.

Reservations:

When booking a vehicle, the customer will receive a service order with all the booking data, driver and vehicle, reservations must be made in advance.

Cancellations:

Cancellations made 4 hours before the service will not be charged.

Cancellation made less than  4 hours for the service will be charged the full amount.

Form of payments:

To facilitate hiring, Black Cars offers several payment methods.

Billing within 60 days for registered companies;

Cash, PIX, debit and credit cards can be made directly with the driver, all vehicles have card and receipt machines;

Payments in deposits or any other type of bank transaction must be made at least 2 days in advance for the completion of the service.

To register, you need the registration data of the requesting company, which must have the CNPJ active for more than 3 years and without restrictions, the registration is done only once and undergoes approval analysis and may be approved or not.

When registering, the requesting company can bill for up to 60 days, requests can be made by phone, WhatsApp or email (always formalized by email).
