Information Needed for Scheduling

After receiving the quote and choosing the vehicle, we request the following information to confirm the service:

  • Passenger's name

  • Service date

  • Time

  • Origin address

  • Destination address

  • Preferred language for customer service.

Pet Transportation

Pets are welcome in our vehicles.
We only ask that you inform us of your transportation preferences in advance so that we can guarantee safety, comfort, and the suitability of the vehicle.

Children's Transportation

For children under 9 years old, it is mandatory to inform us at the time of booking.
We provide, as needed:

  • child seat

  • Baby car seat

  • Booster seat

Everything is being done in accordance with safety regulations.

Airport Services (Reception)

For airport transfers, please also provide the following information:

  • Name that will be displayed on the reception sign

  • Airline

  • Flight number

The service includes flight monitoring, professional reception, and arrival support.
This service includes 1 hour of parking at the airport; anything beyond that will incur an additional parking fee plus the driver's waiting time.

Payment Methods

We offer several options for your convenience:

  • PIX: at the time of booking or up to the time of boarding.

  • Credit or debit card: directly with the driver.

  • Cash: direct payment to the driver.

  • Invoicing for companies: up to 30 days, exclusively for registered companies and subject to analysis.

All vehicles have a card machine and issue receipts.

Booking Policy

  • Reservations must be made at least one day in advance and sent by email for registration.

  • Route or schedule changes may result in fare adjustments.

  • Vehicle availability is confirmed at the time of booking.

  • Waiting Time

  • 30-minute grace period

  • After this period, an additional fee may be charged.

  • For daily rates, the time starts counting from the scheduled time.

Cancellation Policy

Sedans, SUVs and Vans

  • Cancellation without charge: up to 24 hours in advance

  • Cancellation outside the deadline: full service charge will apply.

Minibus

  • Cancellations made less than 72 business hours in advance will incur a 100% penalty of the reservation value.

Armored vehicles

  • Cancellations made at least 5 days in advance will not be charged (except for large events).

  • Cancellations made less than 5 days in advance will incur a full charge (if the customer has already paid, the amount will not be refunded).
